ORDER PROCESS:

1. How do I place an order?
Step 1: Visit www.shop-fitlab.shopify.com
Step 2: Click "Shop" and select from our product categories.
Step 3: Click on the item you'd like to purchase.
Step 4: Select the color from the swatches. Once done, click "Add to Cart".
Note: If you wish to add more items in your cart, click "Continue Shopping". Otherwise, please proceed to "Check out".
Step 5: In the check out, kindly fill in all fields with your complete shipping information.
Step 6: Once order is complete, you will receive an email with your order details and payment instructions. 

 

2. May I still order through Viber, Facebook or Instagram? 

Our website has been created to make your shopping experience easier and more efficient! Therefore, we won't be accommodating orders through other platforms other than this. Thank you for your kind understanding.

 

PAYMENT:

1. What are your modes of payment?

We accept payments through the following options:
            Card Payment: Mastercard, Visa, JCB
            Bank Deposit: BDO or BPI
            E-Wallet: PayMaya or GCash

Note: Payment information will be emailed immediately after you have successfully placed in your orders.

2. When do I need to send my proof of payment?

You are automatically given 24 hours to secure your payment. Once done, kindly email us a clear copy of your proof of payment at fitlabph@gmail.com so our team can start processing your order(s).

 

1. How soon do you process orders?

All regular orders are processed within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment and are being shipped out the next day (except on Sundays)

Note: Lead time for personalized items may require additional 1-2 days depending on the volume.

2. How much is the shipping fee?

Our shipping fee is FREE for orders above 1,500 pesos.

For cart less than 1,500 pesos, our fee, as calculated after checkout is as follows:
           Metro Manila - Php 70.00
            Provincial (LBC) - Php 220.00
           International (DHL) - Rates vary depending on location
Note: Our team is working hard to partner with reliable couriers to give you the best rates possible; therefore, these standard rates may change without prior notice. 

3. How long is your delivery lead time?

Upon dispatch, you can expect to receive your orders following the specific lead time indicated below:
           Metro Manila - 1 to 3 Business Days
           Provincial - 2 to 4 Business Days
           International - 3 to 5 Business Days

Note: Our team is not liable to any delays due to poor weather conditions, holiday season, or other unforeseen events. 

4. How can I track my package?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been picked up by the courier. Customers take full responsibility in tracking their package. However, should you hit major roadblocks, feel free to get in touch with us and we'll find ways to help you!

 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL. Kindly email us at fitlabph@gmail.com with your complete list of orders and shipping details so we can send you the quotation of the rates within 1-2 business days.

1. Do you give special discounts for bulk orders?

Of course we do, provided they meet our minimum order requirement indicated below:

            Microfiber Towels - 50 pcs.
            Insulated Tumblers - 20 pcs.
Note: Final rates would vary depending on the volume.

2. Do you accept customization for bulk orders?

Yes, we do! Although currently, we only offer customization for our microfiber towels which comes with a minimum order requirement of 50 pieces. Rest assured that we are working hard to widen our capacity to do customization for our other products.
For any inquiries, kindly send us your customization requirements so we can check rates, availability of items, as well as the lead time and see how else we can work together!
